Returns & Refunds policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • A full refund is available if you cancel your service within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced.

  • Once the service has begun, refunds are not available for completed work, but partial refunds may be offered based on the scope of the service already provided.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service outcome, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess your concerns and, if appropriate, revise the work or provide a partial refund.

Engaging in consulting Services does not guarantee acceptance to desired academic programs, financial outcomes, or debt-free graduation from an academic program.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Any service that has been fully delivered or completed according to the agreed-upon terms.

  • Services where revisions have already been provided.

  • Expedited or rush services.

  • All digital products. European customers are waiving their rights to the Consumer Rights Directive by purchasing a digital product.

3. Cancellations
  • You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the agreed start date for a full refund.

  • If you cancel after work for a service has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued, minus the value of the work already completed.

4. Revision Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, you may request up to two revisions free of charge within 7 days of delivery.

  • Additional revisions may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@debtfreedegrees.org with the subject line "Refund Request."

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information (e.g., proof of dissatisfaction).

  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and we will notify you of our decision via email.

6. Processing Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider for additional information.
